Just wondering if the -16.6 vdc out from the regulator has anything to do with it?
and no my leads are not backwards double checked that, even check the meter. Done melted the output lead terminal. I'll call the customer in the morning and have him pickup a new regulator and the lead between the regulator and the starter solenoid. This should be a warranty issue as the mower is still under warranty.
