Working on a Troy-bilt Mod: 12060 (guessing) rear tine tiller with a Tec: H30-35387S engine. Think it was made about 1987. What is the published idle RPM and the top no load RPM? Right now seems the sweet spot for idle is 1600 and 2400 RPM for top no-load. Is that close?

Top governed speed 3750 rpm. Found no spec for idle speed so I would assume the slowest best (smoothest) idle speed.
The truest measure of society is the how it treats its elderly, its pets, and its prisoners.
