Lights don't work complaint

Just wondering what might the problem with the following that a customer did on his Super M? 12V battery 6V lights. Personally I think a 5 yr old could have done as well.
The truest measure of society is the how it treats its elderly, its pets, and its prisoners.

Reminds me of a revolver cops found .....that had two .22s shoved in each cylinder.
