on a Briggs 31P677 0236-G5 . What are the torque specs?? I went thru the manual and just cant find. Should they be installed with blue locktite, I havent in the past but seeing more of them backing out.

It the same as for 280000 series. 150 in-lbs. And yes you can use blue Loctite as a reassurance.

Note: I had added these stud torque values in the back of the single OHV service manual in the downloads forum. Info sourced from APSI 23. Basically the 210000, 280000, 310000, and 330000 all use the same head design.
