when i first got this trimmer handed to me it would not start,no fuel to cylinder.after i cleaned the carb in the USC i had the complete opposite,way to much fuel machine was flooding.took the carb apart again and adjusted the fuel valve lever down,way down,put it back together and now it runs like a champ.someone before me must have messed with it and not only lost some fasteners but screwed around with the metering as well. hope this helps someone else. cheers :idea:

That's why you need the Zama "Z" and both of the Walbro "W"s tools in your two cycle tool kit. The metering lever in the repair kit are a lot time not set right either.

BTW the Walbro WT lever are usually adjusted level with the metering chamber floor.
