Wouldn''t happen the model and spec numbers? I see if they are specing a different starter motor.
I haven't seen any Kohlers in those HP here.

They are using the same starter. There is one update parts bulletin listed.
It is the replacement of the 25 098 21-S with the 25 098 24-S starter which has a vented starter solenoid due water intrusion.
Apparently Kohler is not going to offer individual parts for the 25 098 24-S.
