Mantis tiller puzzle

I followed the suggestion and pulled the tank,carb and plug and let sit to drain overnight. I cranked it and redid compression with gauge where I could see it max out. Compression was 120. Put it back together and it fired up. Took some time adjusting carb to run right as I would have adjusted it last year to keep it running as the fuel supply was disappearing.
