Typo when putting in the numbers to the reply (2.9129 I wrote but meant to put 2.9192) :) which messed up my later math :bricks:

74mm plus 1.15 mm maximum service limit (In other words, after boring it out for oversize piston/rings) = 75.15mm = 2.95866142 inches (2.9587)

74.15 inches (limit on wear from standard 74mm bore, 0.15 limit) = 2.91929134 inches , rounded to 2.9193 so his measured largest measurement is right at the maximum limit for wear.. (he posted 2.914 to 2.919 measurements) but in any case, those 2 are at 90 degrees, so he has an out of round of .005" or 0.127 mm - which is WAY past the 0.010 mm limit (.0003") if the numbers KE4 posted are right (and not typos)

and anyhow , Where did I say 2.0129 ?? 74mm is 2.9134"
