Craftsman Self Propelled Mower

My neighbour gave me a craftsman 5.5 hp self propelled mower circa 2011. It pulls way too fast!! Anyone know how to Magiver it so I can slow it down.
Finishing a job is just an excuse to open a beer.

Change pulleys or slow the engine down.
