Does it chew them slowly or simply gulp them down whole and let out a belch? Need more info. Is your fuel contaminated with something that is plugging them up?

Gulps them down then burps a little then farts like crazy. It's only getting gas to one cyclinder then it may change and go to the other one. Gas is good drained out put fresh in. I can prove it by pulling plug wire off and engine will start to die and then start spraying gas from a bottle to keep it running. Just oddly that this is the second carb within a month on this unit. Not plugs tried muti. Put new in and only a discolor on the cyc. That's getting gas. The other is cold and looks just like new then it may swap to the other who knows what it might do next. Kinda hope engine goes down. Not really!!!!! Kawasaki warranty the carb so new one is in place and so far it's running good but have a feeling it will be back before long.

Not knowing the age of the system but have you installed a new fuel line after the filter? It might be a line breaking down sending little pieces that's plugging the jets.

Vacuum leak that doesn't leave enough suction to run both jets all the time? Does it run on one cylinder from idle all the way up? Are your valves working correctly? Have you verified spark on the non burning cylinder while it is running on the other cylinder? It could be an issue with the kill circuit shutting off random plugs because of a short.

All new lines filter and no know vac leaks all new gaskets. We'll see how this new one goes. Yes spark all the way with two testers. One side is dead all time from idle all the way up then it will do the same for the other side

Is this one of the plastic cam engines that the bigger John Deere riders are known for?
