So I'm ordering a sprocket from amazon.ca. i add in the headgasket to get my order amount to free shipping. Just got email that order shipped and see that I ordered 794114. Thanks to briggs error in that ipl i had looked it up and put in my wishlist. Doing the order I just moved it to my cart not realizing it was wrong number. I've done several 31s but never a 33 so gasket not likely to be used soon.

So amazon doesn't think that maybe a gasket should be shipped in cardboard so put it bubble envelope with bicycle shifters and the postal service folded it to fit in my mailbox. and so there's a slight bend in the gasket. ugh.

Now don't tell they are that bad up there too. I got to where I won't order anything that is fragile through Amazon because of their el cheapo packaging. They got to replace several items but the second time around they usually ship with much better packaging.

As for my mail carrier they know better as I will file a claim right a way on damage parcels. Most times if it won't fit my large mailbox they hand deliver it to me.

I submitted a product review with my concern but they rejected it. Looks like maybe they accepted it as feedback.

Otherwords if the review is bad they don't want it seen. They are probably writing their own reviews too just to make them look good. Sound sorta like one vendor on Amazon that I ran into last year where they were selling an aftermarket Rotary spindle passing it off as OEM spindle and on top it was defective. I return it and got slapped with a 30% restocking fee for a defective product. Boy there are so crooks out there.

Right I am trying to get a refund on service manual purchase thru Tradebit that wasn't a service manual but instead was owners manual; therefore, was not what was advertise. So I got until Monday to see if I am getting a refund or if have escalate the complaint against the vendor with Tradebit.

I recently bought what was supposed to be a Kubota factory manual. Turned out to be scans of a general publication that had some Kubota stuff. Funny thing is after buying it I realized that I bought same thing some years ago. I emailed about it and did get a quick refund.
