Kolher Carb

Postby Az Shadeguy » Thu Feb 21, 2019 3:08 pm

I have a Kolher Command Pro 12.5 Spec 1936

It is on a Ingersol Rand air compressor
The carb is all gummed up
It is a Walbro LMK carb
LMK 70 0723 1205379
I am trying to get the nozzle out but there is not a way to unscrew it.
Is this nozzle supposed to come out?

Ok thanks
I have had it in the ultrasonic cleaner for about an hour.
Taking it out and blowing compressed air though the nozzle every few minutes. Every time I blew it out I could smell bad gas.

If real gummy soak in gasoline for while and reclean using the UC. Depending just how gummy it may take several cycles of this. I recently cleaned a Tecumseh that where the gummy this was like chewing gum and it took a while to get clean.

IF push comes to shove you might need a dip cleaner for an overnight soak. I don't like using it but there are times it is necessary.
