Exmark 0-turn leaking fuel

Postby samcarpen » Fri May 31, 2019 7:20 pm

LZE740EKC60400 with a Kohler ECV740 EFI SPEC PS-ECV740-3040. Leaking fuel at the hi-pressure pump and hi-pressure line connection. Looks like the clamp can be bought separately but the connector is part of a fuel hose assembly. As this is my first foray in small engine EFI, any help would be appreciated in solving this problem.
Thanks, Sam

Replace the hose, repairing it will be futile and a fire hazard.

Just a follow up, turned out that the fuel pump module connection nipple was leaking. Had to replace entire module.

Our Exmark also had a mall leak. Gonna check the fuel pump module connection nipple.
