No it is by Briggs themselves. So the carburetor has a mounting area built-in.
4. Are there any other bimetal devices attached to the choke linkage?
No just the standard throttle control linkage.
5. does this position choke to full closed, or full open? No middle position?
When activated it would the choke to full close. When non active Full open. But I cansee where a equipment manufacture could vary the voltage to have varying amounts
choke but they would also need add additional tension spring. Current setup has the choke shaft spring only.
