they make the es11 with a little longer ground electrode in order that the achieved gap will also remain level & perpendicular to the center electrode , so yes a slight physical difference in the length of the ground electrode, but the plug can be used, just bear in mind performance may be slightly off because it won't have a perfectly formed spark and electrodes may wear unevenly more quickly - As I am sure you know, best results are when the plug can be gapped so that the ground electrode passes squarely over the top of the center electrode - perfectly perpendicular, which allows for the formation of the optimum spark shape and pattern for combustion. So, the plug is otherwise perfectly identical, and if you were to carefully bend the ES11 ground electrode to get that .030 gap and keep the electrodes perfectly lined up, and trim the end of the ground electrode a tiny bit to remove the overhang that results, you'd have a BR6ES in every way shape and form.
