Either reading this wrong or the Power Portal simply is screwed up. I need an IPL of the engine so I can order parts. And I had to ran across late Friday when there is no tech support from Briggs.

Last I knew of, which was like 3 years ago, power portal could look up an engine by the full serial number on the label? I presume then that said label is missing? that or it'd be found in advance product info bulletins?
Edit: Try putting it together? 211119160147 ?

Done tried the full serial number. No results.

Email support but it will be sometime next week maybe before I get a reply. That is if anyone is there.

Yes it looks very weird as a model but I did find someone else having a similar problem with another version of the model number.

Sure hope someone at Briggs know what going on here. I can't repair the unit until I can order parts. I going to try looking up the numbers on the carb tomorrow.

depending on what parts are needed, what about just using a 13U200 series parts catalog?

Boy I hate experimenting when it comes to parts replacement.

Beside we will need to able to look-up these unusual model numbers from now on. Briggs apparently change their engine coding and haven't told anyone out here.

I finally tried the pressure model on Power Portal is comes back as the engine is non service-able so that solves that problem. Apparently Briggs has started selling engines then screw the customer when it COME to getting them repaired them by not having parts available.

From Briggs
ENGINE, 208CC, RED RECOIL -(Complete Engine Not Servicable)

Isn't that a kick in the gut.

I'll say! might just as well buy a harbor freight engine in that case.

It's almost like these companies want to fail. Apparently Husqvarana is going all electric. They can't even supply brake control cables for their walk behinds.

You that bad I have been waiting on a throttle cable for a pole saw since September 2022.

The problem appears to be the unwillingness to supply the parts just to force the customers into buying new equipment.

As BGS just noted we are better off just buying HFT junk. At least we know it is non serviceable.

Should be illegal. Governments need to mandate that they supply parts for what they sell for at least 10 years or more. I just had a faucet company say I couldn't get parts because it was 10 years old. The part I need is still going on to new units. I had to find cheapest spout on amazon so I can take off the m25 1.25 nut that holds it to the body.
