Strange setup on an OHV 28 series

Have anyone here seen keyhole keepers used on an OHV cylinder head? I trying to help someone on another forum that claims his OHV 28N707 has keyhole keepers but the IPL only shows the split type keepers.

Yes. Toss 499586 keeper into a parts search and you'll see a bunch.

That is not a keyhole keeper but is what I normally see.

Thought that's what I had. I looked further and found nothing in keyholes for these either. Someone just put that style on his head and it held? The plot thickens.
