It was n an easily visible foil sticker but given the age of that machine it is probably gone.

Have model # A0I3473 but need a carb rebuild kit with no sticker visible giving serial number for Jacks. What should I do. No help calling Honda motor sports except carb part # 16100-892-306.

Jack's only list one EM500 version.

Honda 16100-892-306 CARBURETOR ASSY. (No Longer Available). No repair kit listed. Must order individual parts if you overhaul the carb. Basically all you get is a gasket set and a float needle valve. I have been having do this for over 15 yrs on most Honda small engines.

The closest one I found is on eBay from Poland. The price is about 1/2 the price of a new generator.

An experimental option would be another BE09A A clone but you would need to changing out the choke and throttle shafts. The cost of the carb should be worth trying anyways.

I recently had a pressure washer here where the OEM change the throttle shafts which if I did try changing them out it would have been a lost cause.

I think in the end all I need to do is take carb apart and clean jet. Would e-bay carb do for parts?
