Mower too hard to push

Postby bobodu » Sun May 08, 2016 7:24 am

Neighbor up at the lake had a gummed up carb and wanted to borrow my mower. He called back a few hours later and told me that it about killed him pushing my mower. I guess he never wondered what that lever was for on the handlebar....you know the one...it engages the self propel...

A Dane goes into a shop and buys a chainsaw. Two weeks later he returns the chainsaw and says to the shop assistant: "2 weeks ago I bought this chainsaw and you said that it would chop down 50 trees in an hour. I can only manage 2 trees."

The shop assistant says, "Let me see", and starts the machine up. BRRRRRR!!!

The Irishman jumps back in surprise and says "What's that noise?!?"

My customer purchased a Toro Super Recycler with all the bells and whistles, I went through the operation with him. A few hours later he called back, seems the lawn didn't look any better after he cut it. I went to the house and looked at the lawn and the underside of the mower which was clean. Hmmm. I started it and engaged the blade. "Oh", sez he, "I didn't press that lever". He seemed bright enough.
