The coloring is a bout right but the shape is a little off. mine are almost round and those are sort of cone shaped. Brian, that a lot closer than anything that I have found. Thanks When they first emerge, they a little orange but soon turn bright red.
I may have to wait for some of those Canadians to explain. I know its their fault. ( I have to blame everything on some body else) But if they are worth money, I invented them. :bricks:

Brian has it pegged...Supposedly edible but I wouldn't try just to be safe; unless, I have an experience mushroom person with me. Even then I would be leery.

Greedy people if you can them that, more like wild animals.

Times like these is when the true nature of a person comes out. This is when you find out how good or bad a person is.

Money is the root of all evil things people do. Just look at what is now going on after Harvey. Everything is going on; price gouging, thief of donations, looting of homes and there is all the help that is going on too. I wouldn't be surprised if the a few killings happen before all this is done.

Temptation to do bad is always out there, just depends how strong of a moral character they have to resist and do the right thing to help those in need.

Quite a few years ago I was helping to clean up after a storm in my old neighborhood where we still had a house for sale. When Red Cross van came by with food and water I went asked for some water. That is all I asking for when one the neighborhood members tried stopping the Red Cross from even giving me a bottle of water. He said "He don't live here". I was asked about it and I explained that I was cleaning around our house and helping another couple former neighbors. The Red Cross had no problem giving a me bottle of water. When the local just keep complaining, I asked "Just how much have you donated to the Red Cross". For example how much blood, at that time I was a regular donator with nearly 4 gallons donated and that not counting the donations through my regular Amazon Smile account.

One neighbor knew we burn firewood and initially gave me the down trees at his place if we cleaned up the trees. Well we in the middle of doing it when he changed his mind and want money for the firewood. His greed had kicked in. We stopped, loaded what we had cut and left. He had to hire someone to clean up the rest.
