It was OK.. we drive 2-1/2 hours one way to visit Jean's family, good food, pleasant visit, but glad to be home, and completely exhausted from the drive!

I have to thankful that I only lost one tail feather this year. That dang hunter is getting awful good at finding me. Either that or I am getting slow in my old age.

At my age (70) it is just nice to still be around (i.e., "above ground") to be able to experience and enjoy yet another Thanksgiving! 8-)
