When I wrote about freezing up, I was thinking about you boys north of the border.
We are supposed to get about 20 tonight but I can only wonder about your temp. I think a little global warming would be nice right about now. :D
Of course Bobodu loves this type of weather.

Temp expected to hit around -20F tonight with very little wind, but tomorrow the winds will get up and they are mentioning a wind chill around -30F.
I hope they are wrong about the wind chill.

Hi Tuffnell

Woke up to -31ºC (-24ºF / 242ºK) this morning with a wind chill making it feel like -38ºC (-36.4ºF / 235ºK). Needless to say the dogs didn't spend much time outside before coming back in for breakfast. My wife says that her favorite winter outdoor activity is heading back into the house. Take care when it's this cold, exposed skin can freeze within a few minutes. Better to bundle up properly now and risk looking a little silly than to lose body parts to frost bite and be disfigured for the rest of your life. All the best,

Sky

I hate this weather !! The cold settled in right after I traded a Mosin-Nagant, some ammo and $140 for a 1982 KZ1100 and I haven't had a chance to see if I chit my pants on it.

So you are a fair weather rider? I thought Harley and kz1100 riders were tough and rough men.

Hey Bob
When you ride a Kawasaki bike, do you have to ride with a rag tied around your head like the harley guys do?
America wants to know.!!!!!

I wanna live to ride...I wear a helmet wrapped around my head.
I don't know that I have ever seen a Harley guy ride a bike....usually they are on a trailer or being pushed.
You know why there is a Harley stop at the top of every exit ramp???? Because they need them.
I miss my GoldWing...

Thing about a Wing is it is a lot of bike for my short legs and with the trike kit...it was work to ride. Best on the highway...but in Indiana...all of the highway looks alike..so you get bored....like living in Oklahoma when the tornadoes aren't around....and without horses.
