this is an old topic, you may have got it working, but the only way i was ever able to get them goin after a no-fire is completly drain the tank re-fuel. mine are kerosene/diesel type. i used to use conditioner in the fuel and that was a mistake, the water would collect in the tank and create all kinds of problems. so fresh fuel, unconditioned and the hi-lo switch on hi for inital fire up. them spark plugs are a pain in the but to change also, damn cut your hands to pieces on all the sharp tin around it.
