Distracted Driving Incident

This morning on the Interstate,
I looked over to my left and there was a
Woman

In a brand new
Cadillac

Doing 65 mph

With her
Face up next to her

Rear view mirror

Putting on her eyeliner.

I looked away

For a couple seconds...

To continue shaving

And when I looked back, she was

Halfway over in my lane,

Still working on that makeup.

As a man,

I don't scare easily.

But she scared me so much; I had to put on my seat belt And
I dropped

My electric shaver,

Which knocked

The donut
Out of my other hand.

In all The confusion of trying
To straighten out the car

Using my knees against
The steering wheel,

It knocked

My Cell Phone

Away from my ear

Which fell

into my coffee which was

Between my legs,

Splashed,

Ruined the phone,

Soaked my trousers,

And disconnected an
Important call.

Didn't I tell you not to eat donuts and drink coffee while driving? Geesh it is obvious the accident was your fault. When you loose a donut that is like alcohol abuse don't you know that is like spilling a beer. Carl

:) I think the best thing for you two to do is stay home or leave the driving to a desinated driver. I did see something similar the other day, Women turning left drinking a Pepsi in one hand and cell phone in the other and for the life of me I can not fiqure out who was turning the steering wheel. :usa:

Well at least you didn't spill any BEER.
I don't talk to myself this early in the morning. Why the hell should I talk to you.
