Looks like the driver got out. I also read that this happened in Russia, where they have to have dash board cams. At first I didn't understand why that one car didn't back out like the others did. Then I remembered my wife's friend. She couldn't back up to save her life. Probably the same case with that car's driver.

That is such a sad sight. Just a few safety precautions could have prevented all that.
I have watched a lot of accidents out of Russia via dash cams and it seems that life is cheap to them.
