They need to make some spelling and word usage corrections.. a Suffix followed by a W?? I think they mean Prefix..

Lables?? do they mean the scoop style spoon for getting soup out of the pot (LADLES) , or do they mean the sticky backed paper they put on bottles (LABELS)?

Sounds like some real amateurs.

And lastly - That website is no official or sanctioned place - It is a private company and THEY SELL OIL. Their websites (and all that press release crap) is all designed around building web traffic to yet another website that spews mis-information under the guise of some "official" word. If you want the *REAL* information from a reliable source, you want the API - American Petroleum Institute. http://www.api.org/
