Less than 10" workers

Now I know how they put those parts in such tight places; They use workers that are less than 10". No discrimination against Gremlins I guess; although, I got a few I gladly send their way.

A criminal inquiry into the Volkswagen emissions scandal is looking at "fewer than 10" possible culprits, according to a report.

A spokesman for the prosecutors' office in Germany said "more than two, but a lot fewer than 10" staff were being targeted, the AFP news agency said.

The comment followed reports this week that up to 30 people may be involved.
