New Service Manuals added to Downloads

I have added Husqvarna, Hydro Gear and MTD service manuals; plus I rework the Briggs. Accessing will be be a little different as I am now using the shareable directories as the topic has a 10 link item per post/reply which was making for extra long topics with multiple replies. For now leaving the old Briggs topic in place.

The files names will make more if you switch to the list view from default grid view. The change mode icon is on the right of the screen.
