Except I don't have a white...or green.
Your line cord should have a white (neutral), black (hot) and green (ground). All the other color coding is inherent to the opener controller.

240V operation does not seem to be an option. I'm not exactly sure what the red wire is for, unless it's a feedback/signal wire back to the controller. The red wire is common with the black wire but power being on it relies on the fact that the internal thermal protection fuse/breaker is closed.
I would hook up hot (black) to the black wire, neutral (white) to either the the orange or yellow wire depending on what rotation you want and the green to ground/motor frame.
The capacitor as you can see is wired directly across the yellow and orange wires. The red wire does not come into play with the cap as bgs suggested. I'm sure that motor will run just fine without any connection to the red wire, but beware it will be hot, just like the black wire unless the internal thermal fuse has opened.
