I hope that not an actual picture from the zoo but a doctored one. Either way it is cold and the snow is deep. Only got a dusting of snow here, it was the wind that high here at times.
It 12 with a wind chill of -3 here this morning that is going to be the high and probably 4 to 5 in the morning. Sure feel cold especially since it was around 55 Sunday afternoon. I don't mind the cold temperatures as much as the sudden changes like this; just not as able to coup like when I was younger and fatter.
I hope anyone in this blast has plenty heat and food on hand. I hope the animals are coping well too. I got a couple Emus that trying to stay warm. At least I can give them a good warm feeding a couple times a day.
I wonder where all that global warning went.
The truest measure of society is the how it treats its elderly, its pets, and its prisoners.
