TW200 Trail Wagon

Hi all
Prob isn't simple but I have a TW200 ATV from tractor supply TS had it on sale the shifter linkages were broke replaced them but never got it to start. I have pulled carb flushed it with dif stuff I can turn it over spray fuel in carb and it will fire and run that gas out but not stay running,, got any answers?

Might be helpful if we knew what engine is in it - Most likely a chinese built off-brand engine.. but as a general rule, it's obviously not getting gas sp you either have a fuel delivery issue (shut-off valve? fuel pump? plugged or kinked fuel line?) or a carburetor issue (blockage)

Check the fuel shut off valve. These are diecast and tend to corrode shut where no fuel can pass through.

ASW used several carburetors on that 150CC engine. Also we need to narrow if it is pre 2014, 2014, or 2015 model. Service manual is available through American Sportworks website.

I got a TW650 is the shop now getting CV boots and a new rear brake line assy. Glad they started putting those 3/4 circlips in the boot kits.

Also that 150CC (149CC) is used primary by ASW exclusively and this engine assy also contains the transmission as well, all in one unit.

Fuel works off of a vacuum from the intake to carb with the canister. All some have the auto choke that fail that will not let it start. Had one in the shop that you could take the line apart and it would not flow until it had vacuum to pull the fuel out of the tank. This one had a filter like thing inside the tank that had a blockage causing it not to flow when the engine turned over it was getting the vaccum but no fuel.
