Saw this at a restaurant a couple days and figured it belonged to an old hippy. I went inside and did not see anyone who fit my description of old hippy.

note the roof rack. couple off old timers there

No bumper, LED lightbar, only 1 headlight brow.
Did Carl build a new rig?
