Napa fuel filter 7-02357-1

I would like to know if this fuel filter..Napa 7-02357-1 is for use with a fuel pump or gravity feed. I asked at the local Napa store and the guy did not know. It says "universal" on it, but it looks just like a Prime Line 7-02357-1, which crosses with a Briggs 694485, which is used with a fuel pump. I could not find micron size on the package. I can find almost nothing on the Napa filter online.

I remember those - I think it is a 50 micron too fine for gravity feed - we used to see them a lot on some tractors and always had issues with them clogging up too quickly... I'd not even recommend them for most fuel pump systems either unless your fuel tank and lines are kept clean (filtered when re-fueling) They have a rather small surface area and would plug up relatively quickly.
How poor are they who have not patience. What wound did ever heal, but by degrees? - Iago (Othello Act II, Scene 3)
