which magneto is correct?

One comes with an oddball ( metal) plug boot, one don't. You can also run the numbers thru Ebay, they usually have actual photos of the parts.

Depends on terminal you need. PN 793353 > 590455 (180 degree terminal) with metal type boot if item 333A or 802574 > 590454 (90 degree terminal) without boot if item 333.

so, magnetos are the same just the terminal is different? I have a 590454 on the shelf. I'll use that.

Basically that all it is all but the one without has a long high tension lead though I do need to ask Briggs about it. I haven't one of the metal boots in here to look at yet.

I do know Briggs are expensive on those terminals so I source from another vendor for around $.59 ea. I don't see any reason to pay $3.45 for a $.59 part.
