Part order help please?

Looking to replace the ring gear off the flywheel that's riveted on on a Briggs 10.5 hp 28B707-1130-E1. I cannot seem to find the ring separately anywhere...just the flywheel which has a part number of 691992 or 591282. I have replaced ring gears before by popping off rivets and using the small screws and nuts provided... Any help would be appreciated...thank you.

Steel or Plastic/Aluminum? If Steel only service replace flywheel available.

Looks like plastic on this one

Then the replacement ring which will be aluminum is PN 69653 696537. Comes with screws, nuts, what appears to be a couple roll pins, and new starter gear.

Not sure why I didn't find it the first time I looked but when I checked again...there is was! Thanks again for your help!
