No plug - only way to drain oil is through filler tube. also I'd probably start by checking the blade and adapter first of all and see if anything is bent or twisted, if it is then you likely need flywheel key... may wish to check the flywheel before doing anything else in that case, also. Also those engines I believe are built as "lube for life" - never changing the oil - just check and top off.. but then I guess they never considered if the float needle leaks gas into the engine - and in either of those cases it wouldnt be warranty anyway.

Lefty, There is more service info in the APSI 85 and APSI 103. Also review DSB 1060 if your working with the carburetor; carburetor improvements shown. Copies available in the Downloads under Briggs, just navigate to the advance service info directory on the Google drive.

i don't see dsb 1060 .goes from 1059 to 1063

You should now. For some the shares was turned off. Reinstated the sharing.
