Avatar issue

Avatar issue

Just updated my desk top PC and my usual avatar has disappeared from this forum and replaced with some message about "allowing third party ....." Don't understand this and all my attempts to reinstate my avatar have failed.
Will appreciate guidance!!!

Photobucket hosted? they now have a "pay to play" policy - try alternative photo hosting services, and if you are lucky you will have backup copies of your pictures otherwise photobucket is holding them hostage.

Took me nearly a month to get the download of my images to work from them.
The truest measure of society is the how it treats its elderly, its pets, and its prisoners.

Thanks, nothing on Pb that I've not got elsewhere .
I use Dropbox a lot and tried putting the avatar image there but it seems that this site doesn't like that either!
Also tried google photos but it seems that's not acceptable either!
