honda generator wont fast idle

Little wire follow it out to the eco switch Little thing gets stuck a good cleaning makes em work correctly. Looks like a little motor by the carb or on it with wire running out to the switch. Might have to google Honda carb servo to get a better idea and a pic.

so I finally got back to this generator.put it up on the workbench and fired it up to see what was happening.well the actuator linkage that pushes on the govoner linkage was mis-aligned.theres a little plastic bushing in there that was worn out.so I shimmed it with a stainless steel flat washer and that solved the problem.
