My mother kill a female one about that size 50 years ago; I hadn't even start school yet. She actually took out about 100 them in one shot as the female had swallowed her young ones and I had tie the neck closed. 17 rattles plus a button.
The truest measure of society is the how it treats its elderly, its pets, and its prisoners.
