Brief outage today (11/6/18)

Not sure at this point what happened to things, but the whole server(not just one website) went down,suspecting a server hardware failure. Had a ticket open this AM soon as it was noticed (7 AM Eastern) - Waiting on the tech support team to close out the ticket with a full failure analysis, so may update this later on..

Glad to find out that it was a real outage.
