Just better off replacing the engine as costs are the same if not more to rebuild plus with a new engine they get a long warranty.
BTW after you post the correct type number I got a direct replacement engine to use Briggs Power Portal; 217907-3025-G5.
EDIT: Checking with my distributor, they say use 21R707-0047-G1Creankshaft 1" diameter, 3.165 length , threaded hole 7/16-20 UNF
