Briggs Valve Clearance

Postby dennis » Wed Jul 31, 2019 6:42 pm

I went on the Briggs and Stratton site, downloaded owner's manual, but could not find the valve clearances, which I assume are set at 1/4" after top dead center. The engine I am working on is Model 12F702, Type 1814-E1, Code 97082158. I could not find the spark plug gap in that worthless manual too. Any help would be appreciated.
