B&S Gov. Spring Placement

Good morning, I have a B&S 91212 0189 01 9609 18FA. The governor spring part number 690563 came to me in a bag. I am not sure where to attach it, there are several choices. I realize this would be hard to describe on a forum, but thought I would give-it-a-go.

Thanks dougand3 for the reply. That carb is similar but not the same. I believe the carb I have is Part #495460, the spring I am looking at is part #691289.

Quite busy here.

But it the governor spring goes from 200 to 156 on the Controls, Governor Spring, Ignition page.
