Briggs Flywheel Guard- Part # 220971

This is for the old Briggs horizontal-shaft 2-3 HP "Easy Start" L-heads. Do any of you have any of these in your parts piles and would like to sell? Just a decent used one is fine- does not have to be new. Ideally, I would like to obtain 4 of them. They are NLA even on eBay. Disregard what you see listed on the various Google Search parts websites, including Parts Tree. Even if they show availability, when I call them they are always out of stock.(Apparently they do not update their websites) If you have some please PM or email me.

Accrding the Power distributors they are just on long term backorder. The 220971 should be available in late May.

Now ereplacements do have one in stock.

Thanks KE4AVB- I always welcome and appreciate your input, however.....
It is just like I stated in my initial post. While these various suppliers "Show" that they have them in stock (on their websites), in actuality they do not.
I contacted erereplacement parts and they stated they do NOT have one. On the Sears site you referenced when you call them all they state is that their supplier "shows" it in stock. Sears does not know for sure, nor will they find out for you. You must place the order and pay and wait and see what happens. I have done this before and it generally doe not turn out well and they have to refund the $. I really do not want to do that dance.... I am still hopeful that some of you have these in your parts piles?
