Husqvarna Tractor Blade Spindle

You may remember this one from a while back.
Model Number: YTH21K46
Serial: 102609A014824
Product Number: 960450021 00

It's back 1/2 way through the season. The owner tried to mow a stump, bent the blade and the spindle. So I got a new spindle and a set of blades. The new spindle came with mounting hardware, as well as a new blade nut and washer. The original blade washer was the heavy-duty cupped type washer. But the new one is a thick flat washer that appears to be locked into a grove on the new bolt. Should I reuse the old or the new?

I kind of want to use the new since the threads would likely match up with the new spindle better but am wondering if the torque specs would be the same since it's a different type of washer?

Thanks.

The washer is put an un-threaded screw and then the formed; not cut, which raises them up and locks the washer on the screw.

As for torque just the same torque spec.
