I have this customer with an old, repowered, non compliance, 21" steel deck that has a busted drive tension cable. The standards friction wheel drive. I can't seem to decipher the PC215078 model number to find this part number. Anyone maybe have a thought on this? Thanks!

I believe you are miss reading the model number. It appears to be PC21507B.
