Hi Dart
Tecumseh's OEM fuel line is NLA, but they do sell a suitable replacement P/N 30705 measuring .250" ID by .440" OD. It's a braided neoprene rubber hose and the Oregon 04-020 hose clamp fits it perfectly. The only draw back is the price of the stuff, the last box I got was close to $40.00 CAD for a 6 foot length. Although the Oregon 07-016 fuel line is supposedly the direct replacement for this line, the last box I got looks and feels like a braided PVC line which gets as hard as rock when cold and just about melts when hot. The Stens 115-022 black PVC hose goes hard with gasoline and in my experience becomes unmanageable after about a year.
Stens 115-295 is a good flexible braided neoprene rubber fuel line which stays flexible at most temperatures, but with its ½" OD is just that little bit too big for Tecumseh engines. For every other ¼" hose application, it's my go-to fuel line, but it does require the Stens 120-114 ½" hose clamp as the Oregon 04-020 7/16" clams are just that little bit small so are a very tight fit. I don't know if your local Auto-Zone, NAPA or the like stores carry anything that might meet your measurement requirements. Hope this gives you a useable idea or two. All the best,
Sky
