Husqvarna HU675HWT help?

Have a HU675HWT highwheel trimmer that seems to have a fuel problem. (103M02-0008-F1) When I take the air filter off, there is a bit of gas coming out of a vent tube on top of fuel tank. Not much but should it be doing this? Seems the motor is running too rich...I have the 972B, top left fuel tank. https://www.jackssmallengines.com/jacks ... uel-supply

I was looking online and someone said there is a one way valve in the gas tank that can fall out and cause this...anyone heard of that?
