here is the way I do mine. After changing the size, click apply, wait 2 or 3 seconds, then check the box, then click save, This has been working for me

Hmm, I just tried again, following what you suggested (quote above). I get the message from photobucket while something is apparently trying to happen "photo is being replaced" or something to that effect, with a running bar being displayed during that brief time, then the message that "photo has been successfully replaced" but then when I go back and bring up the photo again it is still the same size as before, unchanged, un-resized.

Correction: on my last post I wrote "then the message that "photo has been successfully replaced" but that is not right. Such message never appears. Only message that says "replacing original print"...

Photobucket appears to be making software changes currently. They adding advertising to the free accounts and other changes. I don't even get a replace original button here anymore currently. No telling where it will settle for a few days; just depends which server you happen to get into as to rather its software has changed or not.

I see. Yeah the other day when I was trying to dink around with that resizing, I couldn't get into the Photobucket site most of the time for a while because it said maintenance was being performed. So maybe it'll eventually work for me, maybe not. I did shoot the photobucket a question/inquiry about the issue but they haven't got back to me. We'll see what happens or what I further I might find out, but probably won't hold my breath meanwhile. Thanks!
