went down to the Stihl dealer where I get parts. they hired a new guy for the parts dept. he's not familiar with Stihl or anything for that matter. got to give him a chance I guess. I ordered a clutch drum (spur type) and got the rim drive type. it wouldn't make much difference except the saw is used by volunteers and they have difficulty putting spare chains on right. I need a wrist pin bearing for a Stihl ms200t chainsaw, could someone tell me what the part# is? I like to go in with the part # as Iv'e said before TOM. THANK YOU.
also a friend of mine asked me to fix the starter on a generac ix2000 generator it has an all molded plastic body, once you take out the 6 screws that hold it together it all falls apart inside. to put it together you have to get about 8 different things lined up at the same time. I had to tie a piece of starter rope around it to hold it together so I could stand it up and get the screws back in. a very trying job!!
